AIES Affiliate/Corporate Member Application Form

AIES Member application forms can be downloaded above and, after completion, submitted for committee review of the application.

Personal Member Application forms should be completed by hand and accompanied by copies of all certificates and diplomas declared on the application form.

All applications require nomination and seconding by financial AIES Personal Members either prior to submission or at the committee level if necessary.

When an application is approved the applicant will be notified and an invoice will be forwarded for payment, according the current AIES Membership Fees.

Completed forms and supporting material should be submitted by email to the AIES Secretary secretary@aies.org.au.
